Delivery and Freight Charges
We will post your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We endeavour to keep high levels of stock across all ranges. In the unlikely event that all or part of your order is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the options available. We are happy to refund all or part of your order, send the stock when available or send part of your order immediately and the rest once it is back in stock.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Delivery to you is in accordance with Australia Post guidelines and can vary greatly depending on your location. Most suburban areas of Australia should receive their order within 3 days of posting. However, some rural areas can take up to 7-10 days.
Just a reminder: Postage is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 per order to any postal address in Australia. For international orders, packaging and postage is an additional charge that will be calculated and invoiced separately by email. Be sure to check your junk mail folder of your email account if you have not received an email.
Please note that freight free for wholesalers no longer applies. Wholesale customers will be advised of postage charges prior to shipping.
We will only accept refund requests on claims made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us within this time to discuss your options.
We will be happy to replace or refund in full, if your item(s) are faulty or not as described on our website.
As a rule, we will not give a refund if you have changed your mind about an item or simply made a mistake. However, depending on the circumstances and providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition with packaging intact, we will accept them for exchange or credit. The customer will be responsible for any extra shipping costs.
We do not accept returns on charts, books or needles unless they are not as ordered or faulty.
